The Challenge

Total Design had a strong reputation and loyal customer base, but their digital platforms needed alignment, consistency, and fresh energy to match the quality of their in-person experience. The goal was not just visibility—but brand longevity, audience trust, and measurable growth across platforms.

Our Approach

Our partnership with G Town Auto Body was built on understanding their story, strengths, and future goals. We began by conducting a brand assessment—diving into their existing website, social media, and customer touchpoints.

From there, we developed a full-scale brand rebuild that covered:

  1. Website Refresh

    • We refreshed Total Design’s website to better reflect their professionalism, warmth, and design expertise. The updated site delivers a cleaner user experience, improved visual storytelling, and a stronger foundation for future content and conversions.

  2. Social Media Audit & Refresh

    • We conducted a full social media audit to identify opportunities for improvement, clarity, and engagement. From there, we launched a refreshed content strategy focused on:

    • Engaging, design-forward visuals

    • Helpful, educational home content

    • Consistent brand voice and messaging

    • In addition, we actively monitor platform analytics to measure reach, engagement, and performance—allowing us to refine strategy based on real data and audience behavior.

  3. Updated Headshots

    • We captured new, modern headshots that humanize the brand and highlight the people behind the design. These images are now used consistently across the website, social platforms, and marketing materials—creating stronger brand recognition and trust.

Results

The transformation extended beyond visuals—it strengthened how Total Design shows up, communicates, and connects with its audience. Within months of implementing the refreshed brand and content strategy:

  • Website engagement increased, driving a noticeable rise in inquiries from homeowners exploring design and renovation solutions.

  • Social media performance improved through more intentional, engaging content—resulting in higher audience interaction and stronger lead touchpoints.

  • The launch of consistent video content, including Total Design TV, expanded reach and positioned Total Design as a trusted source for home inspiration, education, and entertainment.

  • Ongoing analytics monitoring provided clearer insight into what content resonates most, allowing strategy to evolve with the audience.
